I learned how to take advantage of a negative life circumstance, based on my observation and little life experiences, and I’m going to share it with you today.
Here’s how to take advantage, you practice letting go, you practice loving yourself, you practice being you, you practice setting boundaries, you practice respecting yourself, you practice to just being you.
Is it hard? Not really right? Carry…
Then you’d have the reason to relax now because tomorrow is another challenge for you to get through. And you need power to be able to do so.
So, make it as a reason for you to love yourself even more. Who else will if not you, right?
That is called, awareness. You know the ride is probably gonna be tough tomorrow or the next days to come, then why waste your time worrying now, when will be that best time for you to enjoy if not now?
Just enjoy the moment whenever you have the chance.
Gather some strength out of simple easy things you can do at home..
Just like how ants gathers food before the long storm comes.
You gather strength every night before you sleep and every morning when you wake up, and when you tooth brush, and when you’re taking a shower, and when you’re cleaning, and when you’re cooking, and washing your clothes and folding them, and when you look up and see those beautiful twinkling objects above earth, and when you feel that breeze touching your face; waving your hair, and when you see happy children, couples and family, either in pictures or in reality; all those good feelings you can get now, get it now, to make your tomorrow easy for you to handle.
Instead of hoping and feeling sad about the stressful days to come, months and years to come; hoping that it’s not going to happen, and feeling disappointed beforehand because you don’t know what you don’t know; and you can’t be so sure of what’s going to happen next; then you feel bad about your life; just acknowledge the fact that the only time you have control over your future is NOW, NOW, NOW.
Be happy now, regain your strength, work on yourself (Les), exercise, eat healthy, learn skills that is in lined to your big goals in life. And if you haven’t found your goals just yet, then I think it’s time for you to write down anything that you can think of until you DECIDE to at least pick one! Just one.
And by the way, remind yourself everyday to say “THANK YOU” because your body still breath for you! Lol.
