This is a methodology that I think will work for you. But you have to try it first, because sometimes, beliefs doesn’t work to some but does with a few. And those are those who believes in the “PLACEBO EFFECT” and those who can make themselves believe, and really put effort on making a specific idea work for them.
But no need to worry, this tip is pretty easy. Your three year old nephew can do so.

A quote I’ve heard from listening to hypnosis: confidence booster – “No matter what happen, I can handle it.”
It’s when you feel that you acknowledge the existence of that emotional blockages that’s stopping you from doing what you want to be doing in order to finish the goal you set for your self to achieve, that you begin to decide to change that negative emotion into something else.
Avoidance won’t work anymore. Unless you want that specific emotion and thought to keep bothering you every single day of you life on earth?
“Feel the pain, but face it anyway.”
As you face and accept and feel the existence of that troubles you have, it will slowly disappear.
You have that light energy within you that is too powerful, it could transform any form of emotions into something awesome if you know how to do it; if you know how to focus that light into that specific direction.
